I have extensive expertise in law and policy measures addressing gender equality in the workplace, including sexual harassment and the Respect@Work package of reforms, anti-discrimination law and employment and workplace relations.

I completed my BA (Hons) and LLB (Hons) at the University of Wollongong. I began my career in commercial law at King and Wood Mallesons before pivoting to a focus in academia.

I am now Senior Lecturer and Academic Program Director in the School of Law at the University of Wollongong and a leading researcher in the field of feminist legal studies.

I have established Josepha Gender Equity Consulting Pty Limited to share my expertise with organisations looking to transform their culture, meet regulatory requirements and manage repetitional and regulatory risk.
